· Seed and Plug Orders placed.

March 2008

· Beginning greenhouse planting. 

April 2008

· Continue to nurture seeds and plugs.  We have spent numerous days inside the greenhouse in Pierz transplanting plugs and planting seeds. 

May 2008

· May 9th:  Lincoln Elementary School—Schoolwide Farm Farwell Event.  Thanks to Lindy Little Joe for donating fishing lures (opening day Saturday, May 10th). 

· Apple trees arrive and tilling, supplementing soils and planting begins of vegetable gardens, herb gardens, apple trees, pumpkin patch and corn maze. 

· May17th—Arboretum annual plant sale

June 2008

· June 14th:  First CSA basket distribution.

· June 21st:  Celtic and Artesian Art Festival at Farm.

July 2008

·  July 19th:  Healthy Choices and Wellness Festival at Farm.

August 2008

· August 23rd:  Harvest Festival at Farm.

September 2008

· Corn Maze opens September 6th through October 31st or as weather permits.

· September 20th:  Brainerd Lakes Area Early Childhood Coalition Fundraiser

October 2008

· Corn Maze remains open all month per the following schedule (as weather permits)

· Tuesday through Friday by reservation

· Saturday 10 AM to 6 PM

· Sunday 12 PM to 5 PM

· Haunted Trail and Haunted House open for group reservations Friday, October 10th and Saturday, October 11th.

· Haunted Trail and Haunted House open for all Friday, October 17th and Saturday, October 18th.

· Haunted Trail and Haunted House open for all Friday, October 24th and Saturday, October 25th.

· Haunted Trail and Haunted House open for all Halloween, Friday, October 31st.
